Inter-American Development Bank
Over the past decade, St. John Communications has collaborated with the IDB on a number of highly visible projects, including its annual Partnership Report, a major report in 2012 on broadband connectivity in Latin America and the Caribbean, a 2014 report on sustainable agricultural development and food security, and a brochure describing the IDB's partnership with global brewing company SABMiller to support family-owned convenience stories in six Latin American countries. On these projects, St. John has assumed end-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing, writing, graphic design, printing and distribution of these products.

Minderoo Foundation
Minderoo is an independent, forward thinking foundation in Australia that seeks effective, scalable solutions. It is one of Asia’s largest philanthropies, with AUD $1.5 billion committed to a range of global initiatives. St. John has worked with Minderoo's Walk Free Foundation on editing its flagship report, the Global Slavery Index, as well as a number of other Minderoo reports covering forced labour, migration, and e-cigarette regulation.

World Health Organization
As a consultant to the WHO Academy, a priority transformation initiative of the WHO Director-General, David St. John has served as the lead for the marketing and communications team since early 2020. In that position he has planned and implemented communications and outreach initiatives for the Academy's development and upcoming launch and has recruited a team of digital marketers, communications specialists, and video and graphic design specialists to raise public awareness of the project.
International Labour Organization
St. John Communications has advised the ILO's Department of Communication on advocacy and public outreach planning in the context of the organization's reform efforts and its strategic initiative to achieve greater focus and collaborative action on key issues in the world of work. St. John has also worked with various ILO departments and subject matter experts to develop communications platforms and products to help the organization's constituents promote decent work for all women and men.

The American Nurses Association (ANA) is the premier organization representing the interests of the nation's 4 million registered nurses. ANA is at the forefront of improving the quality of health care for all. St. John has written speeches for the ANA's top executives to deliver at the organization's annual Membership Assembly and for other key events.
The Nature Conservancy
St. John Communications works with The Nature Conservancy's Latin American Lands division on producing communications and outreach approaches to support the organization's objectives on sustainable food and conservation-oriented agricultural development in the region. St. John is also assisting with developing communications platforms on sustainable food security for the for the Latin American Conservation Council, a Nature Conservancy partner.

Palo Alto Networks
Palo Alto Networks, the global cybersecurity leader, is shaping the cloud-centric future with technology that is transforming the way people and organizations operate. St. John regularly assists the marketing team with preparing blog pieces and developing biographies for members of the company's Unit 42 cybersecurity consulting team.
Global Harvest Initiative
Working with our graphic design partner, Dinsmore Designs,
St. John Communications helped GHI produce its 2014, 2015 and 2016 flagship GAP Report. St. John also helped GHI develop marketing materials to promote the organization's sponsorship and contributions to the Inter-American Development Bank's landmark report on advancing sustainable agricultural development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
International AIDS Vaccine Initiative
St. John provided strategic communications consulting and media outreach for the government relations team of this global not-for-profit organization whose mission is to ensure the development of safe, effective, accessible, preventive HIV vaccines for use throughout the world. St. John helped with messaging, op-ed writing and placement, and other communications and outreach related activities.
International Fund for Agricultural Development
St. John Communications was retained to handle all media, outreach and events for the global launch of IFAD's flagship 2011 Rural Poverty Report, which took place in London and Rome.
St. John also provided communications planning and media pitching for IFAD for key events throughout the year, as well as assistance with the development of outreach materials promoting IFAD's work in advancing global food security.
Airforwarders Association
St. John Communications handled public relations, media outreach and other communications-related work for the association, which represents nearly 400 member companies that move cargo throughout the supply chain in the most time and cost efficient manner whether it is carried on aircraft, truck, rail or ship. We generated press coverage of the association's activities, assisted with its thought-leadership efforts and help the AfA upgrade the quality of its member communications.
Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies
From 2006 to 2013, St. John Communications was a key PR and communications advisor to the leadership of the Joint Center, which is the country's premier think tank focusing on concerns of African Americans and other people of color. Our services include drafting and/or editing all of the organization's major PR outputs, executive speechwriting and substantive work on many of its major public reports.
Fiber to the Home Council
St. John Communications served as the FTTH Council's principal public relations partner from 2007-2013, playing a key role in improving the way the organization markets its services and events, and continues to handle the association's monthly newsletters. Over the course of the engagement, as St. John Communications built the organization's communications and outreach program from the ground up, the Council nearly tripled its size to more than 300 members and has become a leading voice in the effort to expand ultra high speed connectivity to communities across North and South America.
